Terms and conditions
The agreement between you and Billingpie for using Affylite.
Last updated 22 September 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
Affylite is operated by Billingpie, our parent company. Your contract for Affylite is with Billingpie, and all invoicing and payment for Affylite is carried out by Billingpie. Invoices, receipts and card statements will therefore show Billingpie rather than Affylite. Refunds are issued by Billingpie to the original payment method.
2. Trial, price and renewal
| Free trial | 15 days. No card required, so there is nothing to cancel if you decide not to continue. The trial simply ends. |
| Price | ₹1,999 per year, billed annually in advance. Applicable taxes, including GST, are charged in addition where required. |
| Renewal | Annual subscriptions renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will email you before we charge a renewal. |
| Cancellation | Cancel any time. Your store stays up until the end of the period you have paid for. |
3. Refunds
You can request a full refund within 30 days of payment. Email billing@affylite.com and Billingpie will refund the payment in full to the original payment method.
Points worth being explicit about:
- The 30 days run from the date of payment, not from signup, so the 15-day trial does not reduce the refund window.
- Refunds normally reach your account within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank. That part is not in our control.
- Taxes already remitted are refunded with the payment where the law allows it.
- We may decline a refund where an account has been used in breach of section 5, for example to publish spam or content that is not the account holder's own.
4. Your content, and your affiliate links
- Your content stays yours. Your channel, videos, product notes, branding and audience remain yours. We claim no ownership. We take only the licence needed to display your store to your visitors.
- Your affiliate tags stay untouched. We use the links you already published, unchanged. We do not rewrite them, substitute our own, or become the affiliate of record. Commissions are paid to your own retailer accounts under your own agreements with those retailers.
- You remain responsible for your retailer obligations. Affiliate programmes such as Amazon Associates impose rules on their participants — including how links may be displayed and what disclosures are required. Your agreement is with them, not us, and we cannot accept liability for your compliance with it.
- Disclosure is mandatory. Your store shows an affiliate disclosure. It cannot be removed or hidden, because in most jurisdictions, India included, disclosing paid links is a legal requirement.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Affylite to:
- Import a channel you do not own or control
- Publish content that is illegal, misleading, or infringes someone else's rights
- Make product claims you cannot substantiate, such as asserting a price is the lowest available when you have not verified it
- Send unsolicited bulk email using data collected through your store
- Attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service
We may suspend an account that does these things, and will tell you why.
6. What we do and do not promise
Stated plainly, because vague promises here cause disputes later:
- We do not promise search rankings or AI placement. Your store is built to be crawled and read — server-rendered, with product structured data and a sitemap. Whether Google indexes or ranks it, and whether any AI assistant cites it, is entirely their decision and outside our control.
- We do not promise earnings. Any figures or calculators on our site are illustrative. What you earn depends on your audience, your niche and your retailer's commission rates.
- Price and stock data depends on your retailer. Where a retailer gives us product data we show it with a timestamp. Where they do not, we cannot show it, and we will not invent it. Always treat the retailer's own page as authoritative.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We aim to keep it up and will tell you about planned maintenance, but we do not offer a contractual uptime figure and you should not rely on one.
7. Liability
To the extent the law permits, Billingpie's total liability arising out of your use of Affylite is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost commissions, or loss of goodwill.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.
8. Changes, suspension and closure
We may change these terms. For material changes affecting paying customers, we will email you at least 30 days beforehand, and you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund of the unused period if you do not accept them.
You may close your account at any time. On closure we delete your data as described in the privacy policy, other than records we are legally required to keep.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before litigating, both sides agree to attempt to resolve the matter by email or a call — it is faster for everyone.
