1. Who we are

Affylite is operated by Billingpie, our parent company. Where this policy says "we", it means Billingpie acting as the data controller for Affylite. Billing and invoicing are handled by Billingpie — see the terms and conditions.

2. What we collect

DataWhy
Name and email address To create your account, send your early access invite, and email you about your own store (imports finished, dead links found).
Your YouTube channel handle or URL To find the channel you want imported.
Approximate subscriber range, retailers you use, and anything you type in the notes field You give us these on the early access form. We use them to decide invite order and what to build next. They are optional.
UTM parameters and referring page To know which post or video sent you, so we know where to spend effort.
Store analytics: page views, product views, outbound clicks So you can see what your store is doing. Counted in aggregate, with bot traffic separated out.
Payment records (amount, date, invoice number, last four digits of the card) Legal and accounting requirement. We never see or store your full card number — that goes directly to the payment processor.

We do not collect special-category data (health, biometrics, political or religious views), and we do not ask for it.

3. Your YouTube data

When you connect your channel, we read public data only: your video titles, public descriptions, thumbnails and channel details.

Where our use of YouTube data is governed by Google's rules, we follow the YouTube API Services Terms and the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google account permissions page, independently of us.

4. Why we are allowed to hold it

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not sell or rent your audience to anyone. We share only with the services needed to run Affylite:

Your storefront is a public page. Anything you publish on it — products, notes, your social links — is visible to anyone who visits.

6. How long we keep it

7. Your rights, and deleting your data

You can ask us to:

Email privacy@affylite.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not make you jump through hoops or charge you for it.

8. Trial, pricing and refunds

15-day free trial. No card required. You can try Affylite for 15 days without entering any payment details, so there is nothing to cancel if you decide against it.

₹1,999 per year after the trial.

30-day refund. If you pay and change your mind, email us within 30 days of the payment and we will refund it in full.

The refund is counted from the date we charge you, not from the date you signed up — so the 15-day trial does not eat into it. The authoritative version of these terms, including how refunds are processed by Billingpie, is in the terms and conditions.

9. Contact

Privacy questions: privacy@affylite.com
Anything else: hello@affylite.com

If we change this policy materially, we will email account holders rather than quietly updating the date at the top.
